LPA survey prize draw rules

  1. No purchase necessary.
  2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in England, Scotland or Wales.
  3. Employees of LPA Legal Recruitment Ltd, agents and families excluded. There will be three winners and three prizes – one for each winner.
  4. Completed LPA survey prize draw entries must be received by 5pm on 28 March 2008. The draw will take place on 31 March 2008. The winner will be notified on or before 04 April 2008. Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person for the LPA survey prize draw. Proof of completion of the online survey is not proof of receipt and LPA Legal Recruitment Ltd accepts no liability for entries lost after submission online.
  5. Entry to the LPA survey prize draw must be made by completing the LPA online survey, completing the name, email address and telephone number fields in the relevant part of the LPA online survey form and submitting the survey online via the ‘Yes, please include me in the price draw’ button.
  6. The LPA survey prize draw winners’ names will be available by sending an SAE to “the Winner's List - LPA survey prize draw, 7 Gray's Inn Square, London, WC1R 5AZ” between 07 April 2008 and 11 April 2008.
  7. The prizes will consist of three iPod touchs (8GB). Each winner will receive one prize each. The prizes will be delivered to the winners within 8 weeks of the prize draw.
  8. There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes. LPA Legal Recruitment Ltd reserves the right to offer similar prizes, or prizes of equal or greater value, if the stated prizes are unavailable.
  9. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

By entering the LPA survey prize draw you agree your personal data may be held on computer by LPA Legal Recruitment Ltd and used to contact you in the event that you are a winner and for the further purposes set out below. Your data will be treated in confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties. However, your personal details may be shared with LPA Legal Recruitment Ltd ’s agents from time to time for market research and statistical analysis. If you wish to receive further information on the companies with whom your information may be shared, please write to us. Your data may also be disclosed where permitted by law or where you have given your consent. You may be contacted by mail, telephone, fax, email or other reasonable method with details of products or services offered by ourselves.
